Wild and Whimsical! Sept. TBD

$95.00

Let’s head to the open fields and fallen down barns at the far corners of our farm and gather all things wild and wonderful. Climb in one of our side by sides or hop in the back of Roy’s truck and we’ll head to the “good spots” where goldenrod, ironweed, queen Anne’s lace, grasses, poke, amaranth, and millets, grow wild and free (that’s a nice way to say the farm has gotten a bit away from us). We’ll travel to the quilt square barn, the fallen down barn and my favorite pasture. After our arms are full, we’ll head to Willie’s to gather a few woodies and perennials that have taken on the dusty look of fall. Then we’ll head to the field, the cabin, or the log barn and turn our gatherings into wild whimsical arrangements guided by the flowers themselves. Linda will demo but this one is a very individual reimagining of ma nature herself.

Added bonus, after your arrangement starts to fade you can just tie it off, hang it upside down and add a ribbon.

And if you’ve never tasted paw paw they should be ripe up in the woods, we’ll hope to make a cobbler with eleagnus berries, and Roy makes a pretty mean Rosemary and sage tea.

Payment is not refundable, but if you can’t make it, you can gift this workshop to a friend.. More details below.
