Meredith and Joseph, June 21

Yes, I’m still alive and well but I’m 5 weddings behind in posting. 2 weddings per week with vacation sandwiched in takes its toll but I’m still having fun with these sweet brides. I’ll start with this past weekend’s weddings and squeeze in past weddings as I have time. Here goes. Meredith and I were in the same photography class at Milligan this past fall and discovered we both loved flowers so when Meredith asked if I would arrange flowers for her wedding it was an easy “yes”. The fact that her family farm was also the perfect wedding venue made this a fun match for us and the request of sunflowers and all things bright made it even better. And I think their marriage is headed for success since they met when Joseph came to help out on the farm. Gotta love those farm boys!

Met a new neighbor when I asked if I could trade his UT orange marigolds for a bouquet. Just what I needed!

Blessings to you Meredith and Joseph!

  1. My friend, Jewell Susong is one of Meredith’s grannies, and one of the finest women I know.  I’m sure she is very proud.  The flowers were gorgeous.  Rita
